Girls Music Day (not actually a single day but hey who’s counting) is planned to take place across April 8th and 9th at RAK Studios in London with the Saturday and Sunday both tackling different roles. Day one will include talks, discussions and tutorials on just about everything from performance and production to PR and management. Day two however will be a more hands-on affair promising an engingeering and production workshop. RAE MORRIS and ROSIE LOWE are two of the artists pegged to speak over the weekend, as are 1Xtra’s Sian Anderson and Latitude’s Lucy Wood. There is no cost for admission and women aged 16-24 can apply now over on their website. |
