KINDLING AND KESTRELS RELEASE SURPRISE SPLIT EP

Shoegaze up-and-comers KINDLING and KESTRELS have joined forces across the American-Canadian border to release a surprise split EP. Available now via Noyes Records, the bands have also teamed with Allston Pudding to stream the split in full.

United by their shared love of ‘crushing-yet-tuneful walls of sound’, KINDLING and KESTRELS are ‘kindred spirits of modern shoegaze’. The bands decided to commemorate their kinship on wax, each contributing an original track, as well as a nod to their influences with KINDLING covering THE REPLACEMENTS’ Can’t Hardly Wait, and KESTRELS covering Thorn by MY BLOODY VALENTINE.

The split is available for purchase now digitally and physically. Alternatively, give it a spin on Spotify below.
