HAPPYNESS TRAVEL THROUGH A MICROWAVE IN NEW VIDEO FOR ‘THROUGH WINDOWS’  

Following the release of their new album Write In, and as their biggest UK headline tour yet looms ever closer, HAPPYNESS have premiered a video for chilled out single Through Windows. 

Noticeably ‘higher concept’ than previous HAPPYNESS videos, Through Windows sees the trio floating through the open door of a microwave in search of their namesake - as the video’s director Aaron Beckum put it “We nuked the band.” He offers some further, albeit tongue in cheek, insight; “In a sense, it’s basically a documentary… the recording studio gave us unprecedented access to archive footage from the entire recording process and I just cut it together. It was fascinating to get a glimpse behind-the-scenes and see how all this new technology is changing the recording industry… it’s incredible.. even the final product, a “Compact Disc”, uses some kind of laser technology.”

The band’s almost sold out UK tour started in London last week; you can check out the full dates as well as the video below.
