BRICK + MORTAR DROP VIBRANT, CYNICAL VIDEO FOR ‘ONE LITTLE PILL’

Indie-rock from over the water, New Jersey’s BRICK + MORTAR have shared their new music video for One Little Pill, directed by Richie Brown, Corey Asraf and Brandon Asraf.

Taken from the band’s new EP Dropped Again (set to be released on May 19th), the video “reflects on how America deals with depression and our nations insatiable desire to always be happy,” according to vocalist Brandon Asraf.

“We wanted to make a video that mirrored the sensation of being overwhelmed in the information age. We don’t know how access to this much information is going to affect the psychology of our generation and the generations that come after us, but we’re assuming anxiety will be involved. Also, we watched Hypernormalization around the time we were making the video and it definitely inspired us.”

Try out that overwhelming feeling for yourself below.
