PEANESS TALK ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES IN NEW VIDEO FOR ‘UGLY VEG’

Fresh from the festival circuit, off-the-wall indie-poppers PEANESS have released a DIY claymation video for latest single Ugly Veg. 

The band are celebrating the release with an extremely limited run of bundles including: a digital download of the single, a Pea & Carrot plush set (handmade by drummer Rach’s mum), a pixel design t-shirt, Ugly Veg badge, stickers, sweet pea seeds and a “How To Grow Your Own Sweet Peas” tutorial video. Because, of course.

“A lot of our songs come from the conversations we have together,” say the band. “Ugly Veg came from a documentary we watched about food waste. We got quite wound up by it so we wrote a song about it!”

Ugly Veg is releasing on 4th August with a release party at Manchester venue Soup Kitchen. Check out the video below.
